• No uploading of malicious software.

• No interference with the security of the platform.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurant owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices, order fulfillment, customer communication, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

5. Subscription

Certain features require an active subscription. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, graphics, source code, and content belonging to Our Outlet remain the property of M Sarwar Sarwar unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally interrupt the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Outlet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
